Kitchen surfaces and exterior appliances, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash, and general straightening.

  • Bathroom toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, and mirrors
  • Dusting of reachable surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
  • Vacuum carpets and floors; mop hard floors

  • General straightening of surfaces we clean

  • Inside ovens, refrigerators, or cabinets
  • Interior windows, walls, or baseboards unless added

First visit reset
Base $149 plus $65 reset time

The standard clean plus added time for an initial condition assessment and catch-up work on a home that is not already on a schedule.
