Jobs are fulfilled by approved independent local cleaning companies. Capitol Cleaning handles the quote, booking request, customer support, and quality follow-up. We do not send a provider your full address until a person assigns the job.

    Check the ZIP and home

    We only quote active pilot ZIPs. Tell us the size, bathrooms, condition, pets, and add-ons so the estimate matches the work.

    Review the estimate

    You see the package, add-ons, and whether the job needs a person to review it. Nothing is charged in this MVP.

  3. 03

    We assign a local crew

    If we accept the request, an approved independent cleaning company gets the job. You get a confirmation and a window — not a marketplace chat.

  4. 04

    A person assigns the job

    This MVP has no provider portal and no automated marketplace. An administrator reviews the request, talks to an approved company, and updates status by hand.

  5. 05

    Payment comes later

    This MVP does not collect cards. After review we will send a hosted checkout link (Stripe, later). We never store card numbers.

Prepare the home

  • Clear floors and counters in the rooms we will clean.
  • Secure valuables. We do not handle jewelry, cash, or weapons.
  • Plan for pets. Note crates, yards, or rooms to keep closed.
  • Leave parking, gate, and alarm notes on the request.
  • Someone 18 or older must provide access during the window.
